Shipment, delivery and order tracking:
Rohde Fine Art ships fast and packs well. We spare
no expense to insure that
your art arrives in perfect condition! We also pack as
environmentally sensitive as possible by choosing recycled and
recyclable packaging materials. Most non-custom orders are on their way within 48 hours.
Personal checks and PayPal eChecks are subject to a clearing period of 10
business days before we can ship. You'll be notified of your order's date of
shipment and tracking number (if applicable) by e-mail. Transit and delivery times
vary according to your location and date of your order. We ship worldwide!
Note: Due to the large volume of orders that we receive daily, certain items
(particularly framed art) may occasionally become unavailable or on backorder,
in which case you can either wait for the item/s to come in or request a refund.

Ownership of artwork:
The sale of Rohde artwork in any form (whether an original or reproduction) does not constitute
a transfer of copyright ownership. Licensing of select images is available. Please be
aware of our policies regarding image use on our Licensing/Copyrights

Order cancellation, returns and exchanges:
Once your order is placed through our online shopping cart system, it is automatically processed
for shipment. Consequently, we are not able to cancel or edit an order once it has been submitted.
In the unlikely event you wish to return or exchange an item, you may send it back within 10 days of receipt.
The item must be fully insured and well packed so
that it reaches us safely. We're sorry, but we cannot issue a refund for
items that come back to us damaged. Please note that refunds will exclude the amount of money we paid to ship your item. Rohde Fine Art Gift
Certificates and custom or personalized Rohde
artwork of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged. Items paid for by a Gift Certificate can be exchanged but
not returned for a refund.
